- Connecticut General Assembly
- Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM) is Connecticut's association of cities and towns. Its 147 member municipalities contain over 93 percent of the state's population. CCM represents municipalities at the General Assembly, before the State executive branch and regulatory agencies, and in the courts.
- International City/County Management Association (ICMA) is the professional and educational organization for chief appointed managers, administrators, and assistants in cities, towns, counties, and regional entities throughout the world.
