The Finance Department provides centralized financial management services pursuant to the Town Charter for the Town of Mansfield, the Mansfield Board of Education, the Eastern Highlands Health District, the Discovery Depot Daycare Center and by contract the Region 19 School District.

The Director of Finance oversees, directs, and coordinates the activities of the Departments of Accounting and Disbursements, Revenue Collections, Property Assessment, Central Services and Treasury Management.
