B. Thank you:  Joan Buck for seven years of dedicated service to the young children of Mansfield, to Lisa Oransoff’s daughter Ariana for helping with childcare at the May 8^th Mansfield annual budget meeting.

C. Adoption of minutes of May 2, 2007:  7:00-7:15PM
