This site contains information about the Mansfield Public Schools/Town of Mansfield/Region 19 Voice and Video Conferencing System. This page provides calendar and scheduling information specifically for the Mansfield K8 Schools, but the information and links here can be used as a general reference guide for others.

K8 Conferences can be scheduled by emailing - Steve Sokoloski (steve.sokoloski@mansfieldct.org) or Nancy Hovorka (nancy.hovorka@mansfieldct.org) or by calling 860-429-3394.

Please check the calendar for availability and make your request at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made without appropriate lead time may not be able to be honored.

As November 20, 2009 the Mitel Quick Conference (phone conferencing server and software) have change their access numbers.

As of November 20, 2009, the Mitel Your Assistant (video and presentation sharing server and software) Has changed its web address. is available inside the district only. This is still all very new to your IT staff, so please give 48 hous notice in requesting this service.
