8^th Grade Language Arts & Literature

Language Arts – Remember to write/revise for 1-1 ½ hours at home each week!

Literature – Remember to read a minimum of twenty minutes each night.

Bring your book daily with 1 response sticky note for evidence to support your analysis (unless we are working on PET projects).

Each response note should be based on one of the six traits of writing.

Excellent sticky notes include: evaluation, mention of author’s craft, specific examples!

PET projects are due each marking period with dates to be announced.
