subscriptions, and to describe the basic skills and equipment needed for
podcasting.
The Mechanics of Podcasting
- Consider the intended audience and
the purpose of the podcast
- Create the content for the podcast
– best by creating a script, plan, questions, etc.
- Record Audio / Video
- If the intended audience is for parents,
then they will enjoy the program the most if their children are
involved
- Convert Audio to MP3 (4) Format
- Upload to Podcast Server
- Put Podcast link on a web page
- Establish RSS feed for subscribers
